This journey follows those layers across the island, connecting ancient Greek temples, Roman mosaics, Norman cathedrals and Baroque towns with the countryside where olive oil, almonds, chocolate and wine still tell the story of the land.
History here is not simply preserved. It is still very much alive.

Ancient Agrigento & Monastery Sweets
